I'm Naseem Rogers, a creative strategist and producer based in Baltimore.
I make work that sits at the intersection of culture, story, and craft: photography, film, and social content that come from paying attention to the people and communities around me, not from chasing a trend. I've always believed the best creative work starts with understanding who a story actually belongs to before you try to tell it.
Right now, I lead creative development, production, and editing for the Baltimore Orioles, where I've helped shape campaigns like Fly Different and City Connect 2.0 from concept through final cut. That work has generated over 2 million views and, more importantly, it's reflected Baltimore's culture and communities honestly, not just used the city as a backdrop.
Outside of that, I run Strike a NRV, my own creative studio built around editorial photography and filmmaking. It's where I take on projects that start with nothing but an idea and a camera, and where I get to work at my own pace on the kind of storytelling that got me into this in the first place.
I've done this work across sports, fashion, food, and music, at places like H&M, Ekiben, and St. John's University, where I studied Advertising Communications. Whatever the platform or the brand, my approach stays the same: find the real story, understand the audience it's for, and build something that connects.
Baltimore is home, and it shapes almost everything I make. If you want to talk about a project, a campaign, or just creative work in general, I'd love to hear from you.
